1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Blitzer.app is an AI-powered platform that assists users in generating startup ideas based on their resumes or manual inputs, creating brand assets, and hosting landing pages.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Access Pass: Pro features are accessed via a one-time payment providing 6 months of workspace access. This is not an auto-renewing subscription. You must manually pay to renew access after 6 months.
• Expiration: If you do not renew your pass, your workspace will become read-only, and your hosted landing pages will be unpublished.

4. Intellectual Property & AI Content

• Your Ownership: You retain all rights to the resumes you upload and the specific manual inputs you provide.
• Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of fees, Rebug Labs, LLC assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the final output generated by the AI (logos, business plans, copy).
• Non-Exclusivity: You acknowledge that AI models may generate similar or identical content for other users. You agree that your rights to the generated content are non-exclusive regarding the underlying AI patterns.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service (including but not limited to workspace creation, content generation, and landing page hosting on any subdomains or domains) for any of the following:

• Illegal Activities: Any content or activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations.
• NSFW Content: Adult content, explicit sexual material, or any content not suitable for work environments.
• Violent Content: Content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts violence, terrorism, or harm to individuals or groups.
• Phishing, Malware, or Scams: Any attempt to deceive, defraud, or harm users through malicious software or fraudulent schemes. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Phishing websites designed to steal user credentials or personal information
  • Scam websites that impersonate legitimate businesses or services
  • Fraudulent schemes targeting users through hosted landing pages or subdomains
  • Any content designed to mislead users into providing sensitive information
• Hate Speech or Harassment: Content that discriminates against, harasses, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Gambling Services: Promotion or operation of gambling or betting services.
• Fraudulent Investment Schemes: Promotion of fraudulent financial schemes (e.g., "Crypto pump and dumps", Ponzi schemes).

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any violation of these acceptable use policies will result in immediate and permanent deletion of your workspace(s), termination of your account, and a permanent ban from the Service. No refunds will be provided for violations of this policy. Rebug Labs, LLC reserves the right to take these actions at its sole discretion and may report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Immediate Takedown Rights for Scams and Phishing: Rebug Labs, LLC reserves the absolute right to immediately suspend, remove, or take down any hosted landing pages, subdomains, or content that we determine, in our sole discretion, constitutes phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity. This includes but is not limited to:

• Immediate removal of subdomains hosting phishing or scam content
• Immediate suspension of workspaces associated with fraudulent activity
• Immediate termination of accounts engaged in scams or phishing
• No advance notice required for takedowns related to scams or phishing

6. Hallucination Disclaimer

Important: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, including but not limited to large language models and generative AI systems. You acknowledge and agree that AI systems are inherently imperfect and may produce inaccurate, misleading, or false information.

By using the Service, you understand and accept that:

• AI Hallucinations: AI systems may produce inaccurate, outdated, false, or completely fabricated information (commonly referred to as "hallucinations"). This includes but is not limited to:
  • Fabricated facts, statistics, or data
  • Incorrect business information or market analysis
  • False claims about products, services, or capabilities
  • Misleading or outdated information
  • Inaccurate financial projections or pricing recommendations
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Rebug Labs, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or truthfulness of any AI-generated content. All AI-generated content is provided "as is" without any guarantee of correctness.
• No Business, Financial, or Legal Advice: The market analysis, pricing plans, financial projections, business plans, and any other content generated by the Service are for informational and creative purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, tax, or business advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any business, financial, or legal decisions.
• Your Responsibility to Verify: You are solely and exclusively responsible for reviewing, verifying, fact-checking, and validating all AI-generated content before using it publicly, commercially, or in any way that could affect you or others. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Verifying all facts, statistics, and claims
  • Validating business information and market data
  • Confirming legal compliance of generated content
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial projections and pricing
  • Reviewing all content for potential inaccuracies or falsehoods
• No Liability for AI Errors: Rebug Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to business decisions, financial losses, legal issues, or reputational harm arising from inaccurate or false AI-generated information.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebug Labs, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to claims related to inaccurate, false, or misleading information in such content.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with AI-generated content and agree to exercise due diligence in verifying all information before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebug Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business reputation. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Service in the last 6 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
