Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Blitzer.app (operated by Rebug Labs, LLC), we strive to provide high-value AI tools to help you launch your startup. However, because our product incurs real-time costs from AI providers (such as OpenAI) and transaction fees from payment processors whenever you use our tools, we enforce the following Action-Based Refund Policy.

1. The 7-Day Conditional Refund Window

You may request a refund for your "Pro Workspace Access Pass" within 7 days of the initial purchase date. However, the amount refunded is subject to the Usage Deductions outlined below.

2. Usage Deductions (The "Service Fee")

If you have initialized any AI generation tools (specifically the Logo Generator or the Landing Page Generator) during your session, a flat $20.00 Service Fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. This fee covers the non-recoverable API costs and payment processing fees incurred by the platform.

Example: If you paid $100 and requested a refund after generating a logo draft, you will be refunded $80.

3. Non-Refundable Actions

Your purchase becomes strictly non-refundable (0% refund) if any of the following "Consumption Events" have occurred, regardless of the 7-day window:

  • Landing Page Utilization: You have published a landing page that remained "Live" for more than 24 hours, OR your landing page collected 1 or more email leads.
  • Asset Download: You have downloaded the high-resolution files of a Pro Logo.
  • Export: You have exported or downloaded the Business Plan or Pitch Deck.

4. Custom Domains

Connecting a custom domain to your landing page does not disqualify you from a refund. However, we cannot refund any costs you incurred purchasing the domain name itself from third-party registrars (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap).

5. Effect of Refund

Upon processing a refund:

  • Your Pro Workspace access will be immediately revoked.
  • Your Landing Page will be unpublished and taken offline (resulting in a 404 error).
  • All project data, including generated ideas, logos, copy, and leads, will be permanently deleted from our servers.

6. Expiration & Non-Usage

  • Your Workspace Access Pass is valid for a fixed 6-month term.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial use (e.g., if you decide to stop working on your idea after 2 months).
  • It is your responsibility to utilize the workspace within the 6-month access period.
