Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Blitzer.app (operated by Rebug Labs, LLC), we strive to provide high-value AI tools to help you launch your startup. Because our product incurs real-time costs from AI providers and infrastructure, we enforce the following usage-based refund policy.

Important: Manual Review Process

All refund requests are subject to manual review. The final refund decision and amount are determined at our sole discretion based on your actual usage of Pro features. The guidelines below are provided for transparency, but the ultimate decision rests with our team.

1. The 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund for your "Pro Workspace Access Pass" within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be considered. The refund amount, if approved, will be based on how much of the Pro features you have consumed.

2. Value-Based Refund Calculation

When you submit a refund request, our system calculates how much of the Pro features you've used. This is shown in your Workspace Settings. The breakdown is approximately:

  • Deep Research: ~35% of value
  • Pro Idea Details: ~20% of value
  • Persona Images: ~15% of value
  • Logo Generations: ~15% of value
  • Landing Page Generations: ~15% of value

Example: If you've used Deep Research and generated 1 logo, you've consumed approximately 50% of the value. A partial refund of up to 50% may be considered.

3. Factors That May Reduce or Deny Refunds

The following factors may result in a reduced refund or denial of your request:

  • Heavy usage of AI generation features
  • Landing pages that have been live and collecting leads
  • Downloading high-resolution assets (logos, exports)
  • Request made after the 30-day window
  • Previous refunds on your account

4. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly from your Workspace Settings page within the 30-day window. You'll see:

  • Your current value consumption percentage
  • An estimated refund amount (for reference only)
  • A form to explain your reason for requesting a refund

After submitting, your request will be reviewed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email with our decision.

5. Effect of Approved Refund

If your refund is approved:

  • Your Pro Workspace will be archived immediately
  • Your Landing Page will be taken offline
  • Your subdomain will be released for others to use
  • You can still view your archived workspace data for reference

6. Custom Domains

Connecting a custom domain does not affect your refund eligibility. However, we cannot refund any costs you incurred purchasing the domain from third-party registrars.

7. Workspace Expiration

  • Pro Workspace Access is valid for 6 months from purchase
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 30-day window
  • It is your responsibility to utilize the workspace within the access period
