Rebug Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website Blitzer.app (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name.
- Resume Data: We collect the resume files you upload strictly for the purpose of skill extraction and idea generation.
- User-Generated Content: We store the ideas, personas, logos, and landing page content you generate.
- Payment Information: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Resume Parsing: Your resume is processed by our system (and third-party AI models) to extract skill groups. We use this data solely to generate relevant startup ideas.
- AI Generation: Inputs you provide (industry preferences, resumes, brand tones) are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate your content.
- Hosting: We host the landing pages you create and process the form submissions (email leads) collected on those pages.
3. Data Retention
- Resumes: Once skill groups are extracted and confirmed by you, the raw resume file is stored securely for your session.
- Workspace Data: We retain your project data for the duration of your 6-month access pass. If your pass expires and is not renewed, we reserve the right to delete your data after 90 days of inactivity.

You are responsible for ensuring your landing page complies with privacy laws (such as including your own Privacy Policy if required).
